When I was younger, around 15 years of age, I went to the gym for the first time. After that initial exposure I was hooked and never looked back, seeking out as much as I could learn about this environment and the training involved. Over 10 years down the track and after many different codes of sport, numerous different courses through TAFE , the Australian Strength and Condition Association (ASCA) and University (Bachelor of Exercise Science with Honours) the passion that was found as a 15 year old for this world has only gotten stronger. Training people, allowing them to excel towards their goals, or the at first thought ‘unachievable’ is truly my drive and wakes me each and every morning.
My Speciality
My greatest passion in training is using correct technique and proven methods in order to aim towards client’s goals and physical changes. Exercise is one of the most powerful, yet simple and overlooked tools in transforming, preventing and curing so many ailments or aesthetic desires that everyone comes across. Equally, with my passion in strength and conditioning training, sports persons or athletes looking to further themselves in their respective fields can also benefit largely from my background in this area.
