I have been a Personal Trainer for 2.5 years, working in 2 different commercial gyms and a small PT studio. I am currently studying a Bachelor’s of Physiotherapy and am very passionate about my fitness, and have a deep interest in the human body and how it functions. I come from an AFL sporting background, having been signed on a Scholarship program with North Melbourne Kangaroos and representing GWS Giants in the TAC cup, however my career ended due to persistent injuries. Being constantly injured, I spent a lot of time in the gym for rehab purposes, where I began weight training and soon developed a strong interest in the gym. I now have the benefit of being able to focus on helping other people get into the gym and start achieving their goals.

I specialise in a wide variety of areas, however have a strong focus and had great success working with clients with weight loss and muscle toning goals. With my AFL background I have a passion and enjoy helping clients achieve strength gains, increase in muscle mass, speed, agility and power.
