Health and fitness has always been an important part of my life. From a young age I have participated in a number of individual & team sports including: Dance, Netball, volleyball, soccer and swimming.
I first entered the gym environment during my teens, where I was totally in my element. I found myself wanting to learn and challenge myself physically and mentally in order to improve my health and achieve my own physical fitness goals.
After completing year 12, I went on to complete a Bachelor of Health Science (PDHPE) wanting to enhance my knowledge. During my studies I started working at Plus Fitness which enabled me to work with clients resulting in a great passion to work more with clients enabling them to overcome barriers and achieve life changing results.
My Speciality
With my Health Science degree and current studies in Nutrition, I’m in my element working with and educating clients about the importance of nutrition and physical activity to achieve, an improved body composition, weight loss, toning and flexibility. My background in a variety of sports and coaching has shaped my training style to be personalised, motivating, effective and fun, and teamed with my sound nutritional knowledge, I strive to enable my clients to achieve realistic and maintainable results.
