I've never exercised before do I need to get fit before I start?

No you do not need to be fit to start with us. All our programs are tailored to accommodate all our clients and we take into consideration your fitness level when developing your program

Will I be yelled at and screamed at like you see in Boot Camps and on the Biggest Loser?

No we will not yell or scream at you unless you want us to 😉 We will however hold you accountable and support you every step or the way to ensure you reach your full potential

Will I be locked into a contract?

All our programs are based on a No Lock in Contract meaning that you can cancel whenever you like with 14 days notice. The only exception to this is the New Body Challenge which is a dedicated 10 week program

I just want to get fitter do I have to go onto a diet?

If you don’t want to go onto a diet and be accountable then we would suggest the Nu-U Lifestyle program as this program will give you basic Nutritional advice and guidance without being held accountable to your diet

I'm going on a holiday in 4 months, and want quick results so I feel great in my Bikini will this get me the results I want?

Absolutely, Our Nu-U Fit n Lean program is the way to go to ensure your bikini ready for your cruise, with our calorie controlled eating plan and our constant support and guidance we’ll have you on track for the body of your dreams

I lead a busy life and am looking at training before work, will this cause me to get tired through the day?

Quite the apposite, once your body adapts to your new lifestyle, this will take a couple of weeks you’ll actually find that you have more energy, better focus and will perform better at your job as a result

I'm 60 and my Doctor has suggested that I exercise, I've never been to a gym before or done any exercise can I do your program?

Yes you can, we have trained many clients in your exact situation. The Nu-U Lifestyle is the plan for you, we will take your age and personal situation into consideration when we design your program

Do I need to join the gym to train with you?

Yes you will need to join Plus Fitness to train with us

I don't like running if I join your program will I have to run?

Our programs are designed to be fun and motivating and we always work to include and at times exclude exercises accordingly. Our aim is to ensure you enjoy your training as much as we do.

Can I train with a friend or does it have to be one on one?

Absolutely we have the Nu-U Buddy program that enables couples or friends to train together with one of our trainers.

I have an injury am I able to start now or do I need to recover first?

That would depend on the extent of your injury. All our trainers work closely with local rehabilitation therapists like Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Osteopaths. Where appropriate we also correspond with our clients Dr’s and Physio’s to ensure the correct guidelines are followed and relevant steps implemented to ensure ultimate performance and recovery is met.

If I train really hard do I have do I have to go on a diet to lose weight or is the training enough?

Nutrition is crucial in the success of our programs, as is training. While it is possible to achieve initial weight loss without making dietary changes, the results you achieve will be restricted. To enable you to maximise your results then we need to ensure your nutritional intake is up to scratch. There is a common saying in the fitness industry that you can’t out train a bad diet and we believe this is true.
